On Opening Up: A Guide on Peeling the Orange, A Zine
For my Senior Thesis at Pratt Institute, I created a collection of three zines alongside product designs surrounding mental health topics. The Orange zine uses peeling an orange as a metaphor to emphasize the importance of opening up.
The Orange Collection includes a 8.5 x 11" folded zine, hand sewn silk screened tote bag (including patterned interior with pocket), hand sewn weighted stuffed dragon, silk screened journal with written prompts flyer inserted, hand sewn silk screened mask, & silk screened sweatshirt with front pocket, back, and sleeve designs.
